Indoor Library Services and Pickup Services

Indoor Library Service:

  1. Patrons may come in the library Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 12 p.m. – 4 p.m.
  2. There is a 30-minute time limit and limit on the amount of patrons allowed in the building at once.
  3. Masks are still required for patrons over 2 years old.
  4. We recommend that you use the hand sanitizer provided, or you may use your own.
  5. Patrons will be expected to cooperate for entrance into the library.

Please Note:

  • Public use computers and printing services are available. There is a 30 minute time limit.
  • Indoor WIFI service is available. Patrons are also welcome to sit outside with their mobile device and access our free WIFI 24/7.
  • Our children’s room is now open.

Pickup Service:

  1. To place a hold, call the library (503-436-1391), email the office (info@cannonbeachlibrary.org), or log in to your patron account online. Holds may be picked up during open hours.
  2. Patrons will be contacted by phone when holds are ready. Materials will be in a bag with your name. Enjoy!

Tips:

  • We encourage you to search our catalog online. New acquisitions (“green dot books”) are also posted to our homepage.
  • Limit 8 books (maximum 2 “green dot books”), 4 DVDs, or 8 children’s books.
  • Email orders might not be processed the same day.
  • If you need to renew your library card or would like to sign up for a new library card please bring a check or cash; we do not accept debit or credit cards (Library cards are $10.00 for the year).
  • When you are ready to return materials please place them in the outside drop box. You will not be charged overdue fines through August 1st.
