Join us on Saturday, November 28th for the last installment of the 2020 Northwest Authors Virtual Series! The library will host best-selling author Karl Marlantes via Facebook Live. Marlantes’ first novel, Matterhorn, has been hailed as a new wartime classic. His latest work, Deep River, is a fascinating historical fiction that explores the wild landscapes of the early 1900s logging industry in the Pacific Northwest, as three immigrant siblings struggle to build a new identity while still holding on to their Finnish roots.
